American governmental policies have ensured from the beginning<\/p>\n
of this nation that non-combatant is an absolute non-sequitur.<\/p>\n

the trail of tears come to mind. On and on down through the years,<\/p>\n
Mai Lai is a modern example and to bring the carnage up to date<\/p>\n
the drone strikes will d0.<\/p>\n
These bastards\u00a0that use the above\u00a0term have coined a clever phrase<\/p>\n
for their crimes, they call it “collateral damage”, which is a<\/p>\n
euphemism for “slaughter of the innocents”.<\/p>\n
Talk about unintended consequences though, this government<\/p>\n
and prior governments\u00a0 have made sure that when retaliation<\/p>\n
occurs , no American be they man , woman or child will be<\/p>\n
