I recently bought a tool from Harbor Freight. A floor-jack, automotive,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
made in Shin-wa{that’s my phonetic of Chinois}by the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Read the instructions, put it in the trunk and forgot about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I knew at the time that I should’ve familiarized myself with it,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
get to know it as it were but who has the time?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Anyway, got it out to jack up a boat and realized how far I had put <\/p>\n\n\n\n
the cart before the horse, car and boat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So I read the instructions again, followed the instructions but alas,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
something was wrong, something didn’t work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So I said to myself, “fuck the instructions,figure it out” and focused<\/p>\n\n\n\n
on the machinery itself, eventually discovering a solid, stout ,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
intricately designed black plastic part, looking for all the world like<\/p>\n\n\n\n
an integral part of the device, but not shown on the illustrations or<\/p>\n\n\n\n
mentioned in the instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I realized immediately that its removal would solve the problem<\/p>\n\n\n\n
and, after quite some fumbling on my part, dislodged it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Which brings me to the point. Was a description of that roadblock<\/p>\n\n\n\n
left out of relevant information an oversight or was <\/p>\n\n\n\n
it intentional? Is someone somewhere in the world fucking with my head?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If so, I’m telling you they had me going for sometime,ha,ha!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
