In June of 1941 a German army of three million men invaded Russia<\/p>\n\n\n\n
with an overwhelming superiority of every weapon known to man.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Russian’s arms were inferior in every respect and they were<\/p>\n\n\n\n
scantily armed at that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But they did have one thing going for them and that was guts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In futile counter-attacks Russia sent waves of men into combat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The first wave was armed, consequent waves were not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As the men in the first wave fell, following men picked up their arms <\/p>\n\n\n\n
and continued the assault.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In September of 1980 Iraq attacked Iran. The Iranians faced the same<\/p>\n\n\n\n
dilemma that the Russians had long before, but again they did have <\/p>\n\n\n\n
one ace in the hole, their bravery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Adopting the tactic of first wave armed, following waves not, they<\/p>\n\n\n\n
fought Iraq to a standstill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These Iranians are something else, make no mistake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
