Am I so unique in thinking that the main thrust of education<\/p>\n
in this country should not be math or science, but history?<\/p>\n
Many in this country tout the math and science disciplines<\/p>\n
as a means to financial success, but I suggest the following<\/p>\n

a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul”<\/p>\n

Americans must know and understand what it took<\/p>\n
to create the freedoms they enjoy today, for if as Paine<\/p>\n
suggests they are not aware of how it all came about,<\/p>\n
they will not have a clue as to how to preserve it.<\/p>\n
I, for one, am thoroughly convinced that if more Americans<\/p>\n
knew their history, but who has time for history, they would<\/p>\n
be much less inclined to act utterly and udderly like sheep<\/p>\n
in following their leaders{substitute herders} into mindless<\/p>\n
