responsibility to rape the nation of its wealth for the wealthy<\/p>\n
can be handled by EPA, Interior and Labor Departments.<\/p>\n
Dumbing the masses down can be handled by the Department<\/p>\n
of Education and keeping the masses down will be taken<\/p>\n
care of by the Attorney General.<\/p>\n
