I live in a small town, an island actually, it’s like, you know, everybody says hello to each other. I watch events that happen every day in a large city to the North. I’ve lived in that city, and when I did I felt secure in the neighborhood I lived in. By secure I mean once again people said hello to each other, so you might say a parallel situation. But there is a profound difference. In the city, if you leave your neighborhood you become prey. Down where I live people are spread out, that means a lot you know. We’re not bees or ants you know, and am I telling you anything you don’t know? pray tell. Islander.
