These Russians seem to be rather, shall we say clumsy? in conducting conventional warfare. The reason is readily apparent; corruption of course. Corruption in Russia is across the board; but suddenly it is glaring.
That said, one cannot but wonder how faulty an attempt by them to engage in atomic warfare might be.
