I recently spent two nights at Doctor’s Hospital, in Miami.
As I was leaving I said, “I’m going to write a blog about
this place”.
There is a saying among sailors, “promises made in a storm
are soon forgotten when back in port”.
I can’t let that happen, yet I don’t know where to begin.
I do know one thing though, I can not possibly discharge
in words the debt I incurred during my stay there, either
to the Staff, who are the Hospital or the environs which
allowed me to be in the presence of these people.
If there is such a thing as a sacred place on Earth,
it is a Hospital, no doubt.
