Now is the time?

I just heard “Mr. Nice Guy” say “Now is the time for social justice”.

This from a guy who has spent over forty years as a member of

the Washington, DC. power circle.

What was he doing all that time besides chairing a committee

that savaged and slandered Anita Hill, and fathering a crime bill

that dumped on black people big time, big time behind bars that is,

and all the corresponding grief that resulted.

Now is the time for social justice?, are you kidding me;

the time for social justice was four hundred years ago when the first

slave ship reached our shores. That the people on board that ship

were treated as objects, not as human beings, is a forever stain on

this nation which will never be removed.
