pleasure from inflicting physical or mental pain upon another..”
It strikes me that sadists who normally would have no legitimate outlet
to express such behavior would naturally gravitate to positions of
authority and control, for example, civilian police, military police
or prison guards.; and thereby hangs a tale.
Such also is the case with “Walks like a Penguin”, as demonstrated
by his attempt to ban Muslims from entering this country,
his treatment of Mexicans and others on the southern border
and his filthy, demeaning utterances and tweets.
