Democracy is not set in stone. It never was and it never will be.
Democracy is an experiment, and like any experiment it can be ended.
I could say “let me be clear”, an expression entered into our
lexicon by the current President and picked up by so many political
charlatans it makes the head spin. I say beware the fools that use
that expression for what they really mean is “let me muddy the water”.
So I won’t use that expression but how about this one, “shoot me if
I’m wrong” or this one “shoot me if I do not speak the truth”.
Democracy in many ways is like a fire, if you do not feed and nurture
it, it will go out.
Nowadays too many Americans are not tending the fire. They’re too
busy blow drying their hair, going bowling, or getting breast implants.
However certain Americans are gathering water, lots of water, to
quench the flame. When I say water I mean p0wer.
Can you see them coming? No?, then for Christ’s sake put the fucking
bowling ball down, turn around and take a look.
Why you might ask do they seek such power? I’ll tell you why.
Because power is a rush, power is an incredible high, power
inevitably leads to enormous wealth, and these motherfuckers
want all three.
