Yeh, I put the Flag up yesterday, I’m a big believer.
What are we celebrating here?, liberty?, democracy?
In a sense, every day that we experience liberty,
democracy, should be celebrated. They haven’t been
around that long, you know, and as you look around the world
they’re in short supply.
Anyway, I was sitting at the table when what the fuck,
there’s my wife’s passport, is she going somewhere?
Oh yes, some cruise to nowhere. I perused it.
Perhaps you should look at yours. What’s that you say,
you do not have one? I suggest you apply while you can,
for the way things are going, forget immigration,
you may not be allowed to leave! Ha,ha!
As for the passport, the inside front cover contains
the last stanza of our national anthem.
