The following paragraph is taken out of context from
Amendment twenty-five of the U.S. Constitution.
“Section 4. Whenever the Vice-President and a majority
of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by
law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of
the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the
President is unable to discharge the power and duties
of his office, the Vice-President shall immediately
assume the powers and duties as acting President.”
The above has been taken out of context from
Amendment twenty-five of the Constitution and
presented as news. I suggest it is a classic example
of so-called fake news as a full reading of the
amendment will immediately disclose, and by the way
it takes less than two minutes to read.
