I went outside today and took a piss. Did I go outside just to take
a piss? No. Did I go outside to do something else besides taking
a piss? Yes.
Anyway, as I stood there and viewed my surroundings, the thought
came to mind “I see so much life other than man, whereas in the
city one sees no life other than man”. I could say I pity them and
perhaps I do, but I also most definitely say “thank God
for the cities”. Islander
